In light of current events surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, I wanted to let you know that Populus Data Solutions has business continuity plans in place to ensure projects continue to run as smoothly as possible.
You can trust us to maintain the quality and timing of our work and we can continue to operate online fieldwork in the UK and globally as usual, including in affected areas.
The PDS team are now working remotely and we have systems in place to carry out business as usual. We have seen no impact to date on online fieldwork being undertaken but we will continue to monitor events closely. As people can take part in surveys online and via mobile devices there should be no reason for fieldwork to be affected. If anything, we currently see higher participation rates and expect this to continue in the coming weeks.
Following Government advice, our CATI centre has now transitioned to a fully remote solution and we are able to continue to deliver telephone data collection solutions.
The impact of Coronavirus will no doubt have an impact on consumer’s attitudes and behaviours in the current climate. Some sectors may see changes in behaviour as a result. It’s important to note that research carried out during this time will be reflecting people’s true views and it will be crucial to understand consumers at this time as well as measuring how they change over time.
We are a data solutions business and we are committed to being solutions orientated to deliver for our clients. In a period of uncertainty, we can be relied upon to deliver.
We will continue to closely monitor Government advice and the wellbeing of our staff is of paramount importance to us.
If you have any questions or would like to discuss how we can support you on any specific studies please let us know.
Thank you for your continued business.
